Registration
Registration is open for the 2024 season.
Email the program prior to sending forms, to ensure space is available.
Immunizations
Immunizations required for Maine public schools are also required for Dragon's Eye programs.
Here is a link to the current requirements.
Covid 19 vaccinations are recommended but not required. This is a change from the first versions of the 2024 Registration Form I posted above. A new form is there now, with this change.
