Summer 2025 Session II: The Sea Sheep

The Sea Sheep
RL McNulty 2025
Colored Pencil & Micron Pen
The second session of the 2025 summer will be held from July 7 through 11, with detectives entering grades 4 through 9. We will be in Room 711 on the 2nd floor of Freeport High School, at 30 Holbrook St., Freeport, ME 04032.

The mystery will be The Sea Sheep.

Kuroshima Island is known for its beautiful sea gardens, inhabited by tiny aquatic slugs known as Sea Sheep, Leaf Sheep, or Costasiella kuroshimae, if you prefer your mysteries with a hint of Latin. Our heroes will learn about this recent addition to the Dragon’s Eye pantheon of unbelievable beings. Naturally, there will be danger, mystery, and someone’s stealthy cunning to overcome, but our teams are fearless when faced with an abundance of cute to rescue.

This adventure will introduce the detectives to the Cantor and the Dancer, the second and third of the Nine Dreamers.

We will make our own Sea Sheep for this mystery. I can’t wait to photograph our tiny flock!
